Tuesday Top 5: Cute Thermal Shirts to Wear During Arctic Blast 2009!

Yes, I know it's technically Wednesday, but here's the thing: it's soooooo cold! The kind of cold that merits the wearing of sweatpants (two pairs at once, if you want, who cares!) and encourages codependent relationships (DON'T LEAVE ME! I need your warmth!) and totally excuses me spending last night shivering on the couch watching the Biggest Loser finale instead of blogging, right? Right?

Here's the deal: in Oregon we've had temperatures in the single digits for the past four days. Oregon never gets single-digit temperatures. Never ever. And if you couldn't tell by my introductory rant, we Oregonians tend to be a bit dramatic about the weather.

When it gets hot in the summer we all sulk around panting dramatically and the local news ignores actually news stories in order to interview the people sulking around panting dramatically about how hot it is. Then when it gets cold in the winter we all sulk around shivering dramatically and the local news ignores actual news stories in order to interview the cold sulkers and show scary animations of the words, "Arctic Blast 2009!"

Here are a some cute thermal shirts I would love to wear while being interviewed about how cold it is (or while watching the Biggest Loser finale on my couch, shivering dramatically):

Roxy Horizon Thermal, $29.50, here.

Long Sleeve Thermal Henley with Birds and Branches, $18, here.

Eiffel Tower Thermal, $26.50, here.

Art and Revolution Thermal in black, $30, here.

AE Shawl Collar Striped Thermal, 19.95, here.
